Rules of service, responsibilities of the parties, and limitations of liability for Signature Soul Personal Coaching & Wellness.
Signature Soul provides personal coaching, stress management workshops, and career mentoring for individuals and corporate teams in Ireland. Each engagement is defined by a written agreement that outlines the specific goals, duration, and deliverables.
We do not offer medical, psychological, or legal advice. Our programs are designed to support personal and professional development, not to diagnose or treat any condition.
You agree to provide accurate information about your background, goals, and any relevant constraints. You are responsible for your own participation, including completing agreed actions between sessions.
If you represent a corporate team, you confirm that you have authority to bind your organisation and that all participants have consented to the program.
All materials provided during coaching or workshops—including worksheets, guides, and session recordings—remain the property of Signature Soul. You may use them for your personal or internal team purposes but may not distribute, resell, or republish them without written permission.
Your own notes and reflections remain your property.
We treat all personal information shared during sessions as confidential. We will not disclose it to third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.
For corporate programs, aggregate and anonymised feedback may be shared with the sponsoring organisation. Individual session content is not disclosed without your permission.
Fees are agreed in advance and invoiced according to the terms of your agreement. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a session may be rescheduled at no charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged at the full session rate.
Signature Soul is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific session or program giving rise to the claim.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as career advancement, improved health metrics, or financial results. Coaching is a collaborative process, and results depend on your engagement and circumstances.
Either party may terminate an agreement with 14 days written notice. In the event of a material breach, the non-breaching party may terminate immediately by providing written notice.
Upon termination, you remain responsible for any fees incurred up to the effective date. We will provide a final invoice and, if applicable, a summary of completed sessions.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and if they are material, we will notify you by email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dublin, Ireland.
